Worth every star, I went to this place because of the reviews and can definitely say they live up to expectations.The person on the phone was knowledgeable and helped with what to bring to the store. Then when I visited them instore the original job was completed they were also happy to look at pictures of other locks, offer advice and sold me all the parts I needed to complete the other jobs without issue or breaking the bank.

I went in asking for an appointment for a locksmith to come out and change the locks because we had our purse and keys stolen. The man I spoke to was so helpful, he spent about 15mins to walk me through the process of removing the locks from my doors so I can bring them into the shop so he could work on them right away.Total cost was below $200 for 4 doors and I learnt a new skill. I would question anyone giving this busines less than 5 stars rating.Exceptional service. Well done to the team at Armadale Lock & Key

Super service, many businesses should follow their example!Request for estimate returned immediately, extremely helpful phone contact; they even suggested a cheaper repair alternative.Repair done quickly and on pick up the price was reduced more.(reason: - did not take very long).Glad to find someone in business for the customer, rather than just for themselves.Keep up the excellent work.John
