Legends sorted me out after I lost my car keys. They're very busy, but once they got around to my job the service was top notch, and the cost very reasonable. Even delivered my keys right at the close of business hours.

I am super grateful for the team at North West Locksmiths. The lady at the counter (I wish I got her name) was excellent. I'm a backpacker, have limited funds, and was in need of a new car key. I was in and out in 5 minutes, and the pricing was very good. I'm very glad I came across this place!

Hands down the most unhelpful locksmith I’ve ever had to deal with due to the receptionist. We had an appointment to get a lock fixed we dropped off but they weren’t able to get to it and didn’t let us know so we could figure something else out. When I called all I was told they were busy. I understand if you’re busy but don’t take work and set appointments if you don’t have time for them. Rude, unprofessional, untrustworthy and created more of a hassle for us than anything else.

Hands up, the most helpful and professional Locksmith we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. absolutely unreliable. I would not recommend anyone. We were there on Fridays to ask what a new lock on the car would cost. We should get a callback on Monday that never arrived. I called again on Monady to ask, he said he had no time, to much trouble from the weekend. He will report Wednesday. Until today no recall.

We were stuck in the car park with a car key that wouldn't turn the alarm off or start the car. North West to the rescue. Ryan not only found a replacement key but drove down to the car and reset the key codes. It was 35 degrees so not only saved us but all our shopping. This is real country service. Broome is so busy so we are very grateful for what they did.
